Empowering Irish Retailers For 25 Years!

The Irish retail sector is currently facing significant challenges with the ongoing closure of stores nationwide.

Fashion retailer French Connection has announced the closure of its Patrick Street store in Cork city centre after more than a decade of trading. The store will shut its doors on 23rd August, as indicated by signage posted in the shop windows.

While the city centre location is closing, French Connection will maintain its presence in Cork through its Mahon Point shop. Customers have been directed to visit this location or shop online via the brand’s website.

The departure of French Connection from Patrick Street follows a trend of high-profile retailers leaving Cork’s main shopping thoroughfare in recent years, with Debenhams being a notable example.
